Our Verdict
I recently sat down with my child to assemble the MOC-87366 Creative Modern Villa, a set that stands out in the 2026 market for its striking aesthetic. We spent several hours testing the modular assembly process and the overall stability of the finished structure.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of these bricks is impressive, featuring a tight clutch power that ensures the villa stays together during play. The modular design feels well-engineered, allowing for realistic architectural proportions that make the finished 27 by 32 centimeter model look like a true display piece.
Day-to-Day Experience
Constructing the villa provided a satisfying learning curve that kept my child engaged without feeling overly frustrated. The instructions were clear, making the modular sections intuitive to assemble while offering enough complexity to feel rewarding upon completion.
This set is ideal for older children or teens who have a passion for architecture and enjoy detailed, long-term construction projects.
Final Thoughts
With an impressive 4.91 rating, the MOC-87366 is easily one of the most compelling kits we have tested this year. At 199 dollars, it is an investment in creativity that results in a beautiful, durable model perfect for any child's collection.
